Setting Successful Boundaries

High-achieving professionals know how difficult it can be to maintain balance when you are busy doing it all. Successfully setting boundaries can feel impossible even when we know the benefits, but in this program, participants will practice overcoming the challenges and obstacles, keeping them from putting effective and protective boundaries in place. We will provide tools for exercising and enforcing proper boundaries, including how to do so with teams. This program leaves participants better suited to have the tough conversations (both internally and externally) around boundaries so they can continue to thrive professionally.
