WASHINGTON — One of the fastest-growing coaching and training firms just got bigger: Megan McGrath Corsetti joined the female-led Fringe Professional Development (PD) team on Feb. 10 as its director of client relationships.
“We are thrilled to be adding Megan’s energy and wisdom to our team of whip-smart trainers and consultants and look forward to seeing her ideas strengthen the impact of our work for up-and-coming leaders,” said Fringe PD Managing Director Rachael Bosch.
Corsetti brings to Fringe PD more than 15 years of experience connecting individuals and organizations for mutual benefit. Starting her career at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms, Corsetti has managed large-scale initiatives from conception to execution. Her most recent position was with The George Washington University School of Law, where, as the associate director of employer outreach, she developed and enhanced relationships between the school and a variety of legal and nonlegal employers.
Corsetti has a track record of industry leadership and involvement and has been an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) for over a decade, including playing leadership roles in its planning committees and task forces.
At Fringe PD, Corsetti will manage and cultivate the firm’s growing network of clients, which includes leaders at top-ranking professional services firms. She will also develop new programs to help the Fringe team continually expand its reach and provide a seamless client experience.

Corsetti holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Elon University.
