HELP YOUR PROFESSIONALS

DISCover, understand, and optimize their workplace behavior.

The DISC assessment is an evidence-based framework that allows professionals to learn about their behavioral tendencies and priorities.

TLDR: Learn why you do what you do. This model is also backed by trusted neuroscience and has been in existence for nearly 100 years, so it's a no-brainer tool when it comes to improving teamwork, communication, and self-awareness. And the best part? It's nonjudgmental (unlike your work bestie).

How does it work?

1) Like a charm. 2) By analyzing behavior along two primary dimensions: whether an individual prioritizes tasks or people, and whether they work at an active or reserved pace.

From there, the participant is assigned a predominant style representing their 'Behavioral Comfort Zone.' This arms folks with a deeper understanding of their behavior and also the necessary tweaks, opportunities, and adaptations they can implement to grow professionally.

DISC pairs well with any Fringe service, but may we suggest these two popular, powerful combos?

1.

DISC + Coaching

Once you know your DISC style, you can begin the glorious journey of becoming more aware of your behavior and more empathetic toward others. However, this can be tough stuff to do alone. As luck would have it, our 1:1 Executive Coaching can teach you how to incorporate everything you learned and become a better, more adaptive colleague.
