The EQi 2.0© assessment measures emotional intelligence and its impact on people. Emotional intelligence is a set of skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information effectively.
Our Individual 360 report will give you or your colleague a clearer picture of their standing within their team. This report can include a self-assessment and requires completion from at least three colleagues/subordinates. Manager ratings are optional.
The Fringe PD Upward Review/360 tool was developed with over 15 years of talent development experience. Our assessment covers five critical areas and allows scores to be compared with a group or self-assessment to increase effectiveness and driving behavioral change!
