Katie Aldrich
Katie has spent over ten years working in law firms and in professional development, focusing on supporting her clients to achieve success individually and for their organizations. Before joining Fringe, Katie practiced as a business litigator for over five years, where she discovered a passion for helping others thrive within their careers. Katie then transitioned to professional development for two large law firms. Katie’s coaching and facilitation emphasize improving interpersonal communication skills and developing leadership competencies. Katie holds coaching certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Co-Active Training Institute, and certifications in dispute mediation through the Center for Understanding in Conflict and Cornell University.
Rachael Bosch
Rachael founded Fringe PD to help people across industries and experience levels communicate more effectively at work. Having worked in talent management for more than a decade, Rachael knows firsthand the value of — and need for — strong communication skills and inclusive leadership. Today, Rachael is a strategist, coach, and speaker. She brings to this work certified training in brain-based coaching (NeuroLeadership Institute), women in leadership (Cornell University), mediating disputes (Harvard Law School of Executive Studies), and the DiSC and EQi 2.0© methodologies. Rachael is an active member of the Forbes Coaches Council and serves as a Trusted Advisor to the Professional Development Consortium.
Rachael has a background in theatrical performance and vocalization, is a two-time Ironman finisher, and has a rapscallion of sheepadoodle named Henry. She lives in Washington, D.C.
Ben Grimes
Ben brings over twenty years of legal experience, encompassing sensitive advisory roles, over 100 bench and jury trials, and expertise in navigating complex ethics issues. His extensive career in the U.S. Army JAG Corps has honed his leadership skills, which he integrates with his passion for the legal profession.
Throughout his career, Ben has been dedicated to helping attorneys forge stronger connections with each other and their clients, striving to prevent the common pitfalls of poor or abrasive leadership. His approach emphasizes the importance of ethical conduct, effective communication, and mutual respect, fostering a more collaborative and supportive legal community. His goal is to inspire and mentor attorneys to become skilled practitioners and influential and compassionate leaders.
Ben holds an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy, a law degree from New York University, and an LL.M. focusing on international law. Additionally, he has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
Kate Germano
Kate helps high-performing individuals and teams to strengthen their emotional intelligence and to apply the neuroscience of change to maximize potential. As a Fringe PD coach, facilitator, and speaker, Kate brings a deep appreciation for conflict that is rooted in more than 20 years of Marine Corps service. She holds certificates from Georgetown University in organizational change leadership, and strategic diversity and inclusion program management, and she is accredited through the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coach Federation. Kate has been a featured speaker for prominent organizations such as the FDIC, Merck, PayPal, and for several city governments and universities.
Kate is a huge animal lover, proud of her four chickens and her cat Mr. Fitzwizzle. She also enjoys climbing and hiking on the Appalachian Trail with her adventure partner, Joe.
Mo Chanmugham
Mo is an executive career and leadership development coach with a diverse professional background, having worked in sports marketing, entertainment, and the legal industry for companies such as Reebok, United Talent Agency, and Sony Music.
For over a decade, he has coached attorneys and executives from various industries, including big law, tech, finance, consulting, and media, on topics including career transition, developing executive presence, leading teams, managing conflict, communicating effectively, time management, productivity, and public speaking. He has experience delivering one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and leading workshops for companies including Hogan Lovells, Milbank, Clifford Chance, JP Morgan, Deloitte, Google, and Louis Vuitton.
He is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation, holds a JD from New England Law Boston, and a bachelor’s degree in business from Boston University.
Veronica Matthews
Veronica supports C-suite professionals and their organizations on the journey toward high-impact and inclusive leadership. As a coach for Fringe PD, Veronica focuses on accountability and self-awareness, empowering leaders with versatile toolkits for lifelong success. “Coach V” boasts more than 20 years of experience in HR and coaching for a range of public, nonprofit, and commercial sector clients. She holds certifications with the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as in the DiSC methodology. Veronica holds a certificate in Workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida. She is a Howard University alumna.
Outside of work, Veronica enjoys cooking, reading, live music, exploring restaurants, traveling, and rest. She lives in District Heights, Maryland.
Bob Oberleitner
Robert’s focus is on helping senior leaders navigate challenges more confidently and effectively, especially in remote or hybrid environments. As a Fringe PD coach, Robert blends more than 30 years of experience in operations and management with certified training in coaching techniques, helping ambitious professionals build actionable plans for growth. Robert is a former member of the Senior Executive Service and has earned coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation and Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. He holds a certificate in advanced public management from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from Penn State.
Robert lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Linda, and they have two adult sons. He enjoys playing tennis, softball, and pickleball. He also has two Westie littermates.
Alexandra Danay
Alex helps businesses build and streamline operational strategies while elevating the employee and client experience. At Fringe PD, she collaborates with the executive and client service teams on business operations with an eye toward efficiency and growth. Alex joins Fringe after serving in roles where she developed training strategies, launched software platforms, and created operational processes. She holds a Training the Trainer certification from the American Management Association.
Alex enjoys making homemade ice cream (she’s won two competitions!), hiking with her husband, and German Shepherd, Gazpacho, and seeing as much NYC theater as she can.
Amy Molina
Amy oversees the day-to-day operations and client relations at Fringe. As a former client success manager, she brings exceptional communication skills, deep empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset. She embodies an “I’ve got you” attitude that fosters trust and long-lasting relationships with clients. Amy is passionate about Fringe’s playful approach to professional development, turning growth into an adventure rather than another task on the to-do list.
As a proud military spouse of an active-duty Marine, she balances her professional life with family, raising two children and two German Shepherds. In her free time, you can often find her lost in a good book or training in Krav Maga.
Anthony Chan
Anthony helps the Fringe team put ideas into actionable code! As Fringe’s resident tech wiz, Anthony leads the development of Fringe’s Insight Platform and assists with managing Fringe PD’s digital presence. He brings multiple years of experience from startups, where he launched projects across the Real Estate, Health Tech, and Engineering Industries. Anthony is a software developer by trade but also enjoys working with product development and UX design. He is the Founder and Manager of Vectorwyse, a programming, database, and technology consultancy, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Anthony has a passion for traveling the world with his wife and two children, rock climbing, and cooking!
Carolyn Park
Carolyn ensures that all training materials are expertly crafted and customized to meet clients’ unique needs, along with creating engaging content for Fringe’s blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter. With a decade of experience in law firms from both attorney and staff perspectives, she transitioned from being a lawyer to a business development executive. Having witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of miscommunication, Carolyn is passionate about helping firms improve their communication strategies for a more productive and harmonious work environment.
Carolyn holds a BBA in Marketing and a JD, and is a fierce mental health advocate and fitness enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting, boxing, and dancing. A self-proclaimed bibliophile, Carolyn founded a virtual book club in 2022 that thrives with members nationwide.
Erin Dischinger
Erin is a lifelong learner who finds joy in helping others develop their skills and turn career dreams into a reality. For Fringe PD, Erin is a program assistant who helps the team plan and execute workshops, stay organized and on track, and produce engaging materials for participants to refer to time and again. Erin has ten years of experience in customer service, client management, visual design, and virtual operations. She holds a certificate in virtual facilitation from High Five Performance and has completed coursework in instructional design and Adobe Photoshop. Erin has a bachelor’s in adult and organizational development from Temple University and is currently working toward her MBA.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys putting feet to pavement by participating in the popular Broad Street Run in Philly. She has run the course three times and has plans to run the race again in 2023!
Jessica Feltman
Jes turns standard videos for Fringe into full-fledged productions! As Fringe’s video editor, eLearning consultant, and developer, Jes leans on her multiple degrees and 10+ years of experience in the corporate world to ensure Fringe’s training is consistent with our brand standards and meets the high standards of adult learning. Jes holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Design. She is certified in Adobe Premiere for video production and Articulate Products for eLearning specialties. Jes is the Founder of Dinomite Learning Design, an instructional design consultancy. Jes doesn’t miss a moment to be outside! Some of her hobbies include sand volleyball, fishing in pedal kayaks, golf, bike riding, and swimming.

Celina Bertoncini
Celina is passionate about creating content that allows both presenters and participants to have a great learning experience. At Fringe PD, she manages the materials for trainings, assists with virtual workshops, and conducts quality checks. Celina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Film & Television, a Master’s Degree in Education, and is certified in Special Education.
Outside of work, Celina loves to be active and creative through dancing, swimming, drawing, and exploring nature!
