Rachael Bosch is an advocate for innovative and organizational professional development. She founded Fringe Professional Development to help people communicate better at work by bringing coaching and training to professionals across disciplines and experience levels.
Rachael has spent more than a decade in talent management and has a background in theatrical performance and vocalization. She uses this experience as well as a brain-based coaching certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute, and a certificate of Women in Leadership from Cornell University when providing customized and progressive programming to help ambitious, high-achieving professionals excel at work.
Rachael believes that everyone can improve at work by improving their communication skills. By integrating her work inside some of the top global organizations with research-backed performance and coaching tools, Rachael has been able to identify strategic paths to advance teams and individual careers.
Rachael has been an active member of the invitation-only Forbes Coaches Council since 2019. In addition to her coaching credentials, Rachael holds a certificate in Mediating Disputes from Harvard Law School Executive School of Study. She is also certified to evaluate and train teams on the DiSC behavioral assessments and the EQi 2.0© emotional intelligence index.
Megan McGrath Corsetti
Megan has over 15 years of client service and customer relations experience in the legal industry. She is an expert at building and maintaining relationships, and at understanding client challenges. She uses her active listening skills and business background to connect our clients with tailored resources and training to support their needs. Prior to joining Fringe, she worked in both law firms and in law school settings to create hiring, retention, and professional development solutions. She has her MBA from George Washington University School of Business and her BA in Communications from Elon University.
Katie helps lawyers and other professionals discover what they want from their careers and how to get it, either in their current jobs or somewhere else. She believes that personal well-being and professional success flow from a deep sense of connection with and confidence about one’s career.
Because finding that sense of connection and confidence can be difficult, Katie’s coaching and content focus on career development, planning, and transition, and she incorporates mindfulness and other modalities into her work. Her goal for her clients is that they feel fully connected with and empowered in their careers so that they can create success in all areas of their lives. Katie spent almost ten years working in law firms, first as a litigator and then as a professional development manager. Along with providing individual and group coaching, Katie has developed and delivered programs on career development and mindfulness for lawyers and professionals at all levels of seniority. Katie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
After nearly 6 years in BigLaw as a Howard University School of Law graduate, Janelle transitioned into the career and digital media field through client work anchored in radical wellness and self-care. As a career strategist, Janelle works with legal professionals to gain clarity on their values, address and remove limiting beliefs regarding income and success, create a clear plan to define their life work, and guide them through any necessary pivots towards their dreams. Her work also includes bringing awareness to diversity, inclusion, and belonging issues, particularly in the workplace, as well as empowerment training for difficult conversations both at work and in life.
Tracy Richardson provides operations and marketing support in her position with Fringe PD. As a member of Team Fringe, Tracy utilizes her background in both business development and administrative support to guide brand strategy, assist with client management, and streamline internal processes. From spreading the word of Fringe PD to assisting new clients with the onboarding process, Tracy’s focus is on ensuring that every interaction with Fringe is both positive and productive.
Tracy’s professional experience includes her position as a Marketing Specialist for a mid-size title insurance agency, where she oversees company-wide marketing initiatives, sales support, and internal communications training. Previously, she has worked in the legal professional development and recruiting realm as well as held various positions at national content marketing agencies. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Washington & Lee University. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia and is the proud of owner of two – wildly different-sized – dogs.
Laura has over ten years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, primarily in the healthcare space. Prior to joining the Fringe team, she spent several years at a major accounting firm, first as a consultant to federal healthcare agencies and then as a manager in an internal think tank where her research focused on health insurance and employer healthcare benefits.
Integrating her experience working with clients with her research background, Laura loves using data to teach, tell stories and solve problems, especially when the end goal is to help people live happier and healthier lives — whether that be at home or at work, physically or emotionally.
Laura is a Double Hoo, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Virginia. When not working, she is an avid volunteer, helping refugees in Richmond, VA settle into life in America.
Laura Lattimer advises Fringe PD on matters of content and language. She works full time as a senior consultant with Reingold, a social-impact marketing firm near Washington, D.C., and has supported its communications projects in health care, education, civic engagement, transportation, and nonprofit advocacy. Her unfortunate fascination with any chance to improve a process or energize a community has led her to pursue roles as various as copy editor, research designer, bagel bakery clerk, and dance instructor. Her writing has been published in news outlets such as Forbes, The Dallas Morning News, and The Hill. Laura is a proud University of Virginia alumna and is based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
